How to choose the right sports bra
A sports bra has one job: stop the bounce. Most don't. Around 80% of the support comes from the band, not the straps, and around 90% of the market builds for compression alone, which works fine up to a B cup and starts failing the minute you go above a C.
How should a sports bra fit?
A correctly fitted sports bra sits flat against the sternum, the band stays horizontal across the back, and no breast tissue spills over the cup edges. The band should feel snug, not pinching. If it rides up at the back, the band is too loose, not the straps too long. If you're unsure, take the fit quiz or book a free fitting.
Choosing by impact level
High impact suits running, HIIT, contact sport, equestrian, and anyone above a D cup who exercises with intent. Medium impact covers cycling, strength training and dance. Light impact is for yoga, pilates and lounging. Shop high impact or shop medium impact.

Overband® Technology is a curved panel built into every MAAREE sports bra. It runs across the top of the chest and stops upward bounce, the vertical movement most sports bras don't address. The Solidarity Bra has the adjustable Overband®, fine-tuned to the wearer at each anchor point under the arm. Every other MAAREE bra has the non-adjustable version, pre-tensioned at manufacture.
